This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all safari tours booked with Gallivanters Hostel, either directly through our website, in person, or via third-party platforms.

By booking a safari with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits

  • All safari bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellation by the Customer
